◉ Ensuring the entire completion of projects on time and carrying out in high standard as per the agreed specification and take necessary corrective actions. To meet and exceed the expectation of clients where possible.
◉ Should be knowledgeable in all modular products & accessories aspect.
◉ Strong communicator, ability to handle multi functional activity & pressure in the execution process.
◉ Interact with project coordinator & Designers to understand project requirements in a team
◉ Collect Drawings & Production details from designers
◉ Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with Designer

◉ Confirm the number of days consumed with the required Manpower & tools.
◉ Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project
◉ Monitor installation work regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution
◉ In case of any deviations in measurement or changes by the client, additional cost approval should be obtained from AGM-operations
◉ To maintain attendance of site workers and control of absenteeism
◉ Adherence to internal working System & Process.
◉ Develop good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.
◉ Interaction with the client for satisfactory project completion.
◉ Handling the grievances of Carpenters/Electricians/Painters amicably jointly with HR and project team.
◉ Bills certification timely payments to be made to vendors.
◉ Negotiations , design constraints , site feasibility , technical feasibility and deal conclusion.
◉ To safely return all unused materials to the stores after Completion of the Project & update report to Coordinator.
Qualification & Skills
◉ Graduate / Post graduate
◉ 4+ years of relevant experience in project management

◉ Plan and deliver project as per timelines.

The HR Training and Development Manager is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
